Since its founding in 1885, Fujikura has been contributing to societal development with advanced technology and high reliability, celebrating our 138th anniversary in 2023. As the environment changes and competition intensifies, we recognize the necessity for the Fujikura Group to achieve sustainable and healthy growth as a highly profitable company into the future. To accomplish this, it is essential to strengthen the group's management capabilities by uniting the collective strengths of all employees. In October 2011, we established MVCV as our "Group Corporate Philosophy," solidifying this philosophy as a cornerstone shared throughout the Fujikura Group.
