Message from our recruitment manager
Originally part of Tohoku Fujikura Ltd, we have been manufacturing flexible printed circuits (FPCs) in Goshono, Akita City for over 30 years.
In 2022, the FPC business was separated from Tohoku Fujikura and is now operating as the Fujikura Printed Circuits Akita Plant.
Most manufacturing plants in Akita Prefecture are simply manufacturing sites, but a unique feature of the Fujikura Printed Circuits Akita Plant is that we carry out the whole process from design/development to manufacturing.
This means you can see first-hand how your own ideas are made into a real product, and how that product is mass produced to help people around the world. As well as manufacturing products, we also develop, design, manufacture, and program various equipment related to manufacturing, and so we employ people from a wide range of fields, including electrical and mechanical engineering, chemistry, materials engineering, and IT.
The company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fujikura Ltd., a major non-ferrous metals manufacturer listed in the Prime section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, which means you can work in confidence knowing we provide stable working conditions and a comprehensive welfare package.
Although we are firmly rooted in Akita, we work closely with our colleagues in Tokyo, Chiba, and around the world. This is an environment where you can gain a broad perspective and work at the cutting edge of technology.
If you are interested, please arrange to come and visit us. (Online tours are also available.)
We hope you will join us.
