Head office

QWhat qualifications are required?
AYou must have already graduated (completed) or expect to graduate (complete) graduate school, university, or technical college by March 2025. *Even if you have already graduated, you can apply for graduate recruitment if you wish to be hired under the same conditions as new graduates.
QWhat are planning positions?
APlanning positions are equivalent to “career-track” positions. These are jobs that involve using expertise and equivalent knowledge in planning and management. In the future, you will be required to run a department as a manager or contribute to the company with deeper expertise. This means you may be transferred, relocated, or assigned to an international posting as necessary.
QIs it possible to apply for an administrative position as a sciences graduate, or for a technical position as a humanities graduate?
AFor administrative positions, you can apply with any degree subject. As technical work requires technical expertise, we only accept applications from science graduates.
QI am an international student. Can I apply?

AAn undergraduate degree is not a disadvantage, and a postgraduate degree is not an advantage. Whatever your qualifications, we focus on fundamental skills and potential.
QHow are employees assigned to jobs and locations?
AAfter joining the company, your assignment will be decided during the new employee training. We will ask about your preferences during the recruitment interview and assignment interview after joining the company. We will then decide where to assign you, based on careful consideration of suitability and other factors. You will not be assigned based on university research.

QWhat about relocation?
AWe have several sites in Japan and other countries, so you may be relocated.

QWhat is the reduced working hours system?
AThe reduced working hours system is available until your child completes the 3rd year of elementary school. Under this system, employees can start work one hour later and finish work one hour earlier. Like childcare leave, this system is available to both male and female employees.
QDoes the company provide single dormitories or a housing allowance?
AWe have single dormitories at the head office and Sakura site. New employees can live at the dormitories for 3 years. This can be extended until the age of 30, if rooms are available. At sites where there are no dormitories, and after leaving the dormitory, a rented company housing system is available. *There are internal regulations for admission, so employees may not be able to live in a dormitory.

QCan I work in a position relating to international business?

QHow much overtime is involved?
