RecruitA message from the CEO

“What is a company?”

If you were asked this question,
how would you reply?

To me, a company is all about
making a contribution to society.

This means providing value in a sustainable way to our stakeholders: employees and their families, shareholders, customers, suppliers, and third parties around the company.
However, before contributing to society, as a company, we hire employees, purchase materials and equipment, make products, and supply them to customers. This process costs money. Whose money pays for these costs? As you know, it is money paid by the customers.
We have to remember that our company’s working capital is derived from customers’ payment.
As my opinion the most important thing is to earn the trust of customers, provide value that exceeds their expectations, make a profit, and contribute to society.

Next,
we need continuous and stable growth for the future.

To continue to make profits, a company must always keep growing. To achieve this, we need to set goals in the form of yearly and medium-term plans, share these goals, and ensure that the goals of departments, groups, teams, and individuals are all aligned. All kinds of problems and challenges may arise in the course of achieving our goals. It is important to solve problems together with everyone involved, by cross-departmental discussion between departments and groups, as well as discussion between managers and employees within a department.

We started operating in March 2022 as a new company within the Fujikura Group. Being a new company means we are free to determine the path we should take. Of course, we must achieve the requirements mentioned above. Going beyond this, to create new values for the future of Fujikura Printed Circuits, we want people who are not afraid to challenge conventional ideas and work as a team to solve problems. I believe we can make our company ideal and full of dreams to the future.

Attributes required by Fujikura Printed Circuits

  • Cooperativeness

To achieve our goals, it is vital to communicate and visualize the challenges and problems of departments, groups, teams, and individuals, and to work together to bridge gaps and to solve these problems, rather than seeing issues as “somebody else’s problem”.

  • Communication

To solve problems, it is necessary to work with people from other departments or groups. We need to foster an environment and relationships that allow people to talk openly.

  • Spirit of challenge

As a new company, we are looking for people who will take on challenges with a positive attitude, without sticking to the way things have been done in the past.
